How to Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Kesy account using any of the following methods:
Method 1: From the App
Open the Kesy app and navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, the deletion process begins immediately.
Method 2: Contact Support
Send an email to support@kesy.ai from the email address registered with your Kesy account. Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered phone number for verification.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request account deletion, the following actions are taken:
Immediately
- Your AI receptionist is deactivated and will stop answering calls
- Your active subscription is cancelled (no further billing)
- Any running or scheduled campaigns are stopped
- Your account is marked for deletion and you are logged out
Within 7 Days
- Your phone number is released and may be reassigned
- Your AI training data and knowledge base are permanently deleted
Within 30 Days
- All personal information (name, email, phone number) is permanently deleted
- Call recordings and call logs are permanently deleted
- Campaign data and contact lists are permanently deleted
- Any remaining account data is purged from our systems
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled but no refund will be issued for the remaining period. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
- Unused campaign credits are forfeited upon account deletion.
- We may retain certain anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you, for analytics and service improvement purposes.
- Data required to be retained by law (e.g., financial transaction records) will be kept for the legally mandated period and then deleted.
