Delete your account

How to close your Kesy account, and exactly what we delete and keep.

Effective 10 October 2026Applies to customers in the United States

Delete from your dashboard

  1. Sign in at web.kesy.ai.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Deletion starts immediately.

Or ask us

Email support@kesy.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request” and your registered phone number. We’ll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What happens

Deleted immediatelyKept, and why
  • Your login and profile
  • Business settings and greeting
  • Everything you trained Kesy on
  • Campaign contact lists
  • Your subscription (no further charges)
  • Invoices and payment records — required by tax law
  • Call logs, recordings and transcripts — kept for legal and dispute purposes. Email support@kesy.ai and we’ll delete recordings and transcripts within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your phone number stops answering and is released for reuse. Deletion can’t be undone. Any remaining subscription period and prepaid minutes are forfeited — see our Refund policy.
