Everything about your minutes is in Minutes and Wallet. At the top is your plan.

Your plan includes 1,000 minutes a month. They’re always used first, the bar shows what’s left, and they reset when your plan renews.

Then there’s your wallet — extra minutes you top up. They never expire, and kick in automatically if your plan minutes run out, so calls never stop.

Every call is billed to the exact second — never rounded up to a full minute — and each call’s charge is listed here.
