• Call logs and recordings — inbound and outbound calls handled by your AI receptionist

• Provide and maintain the Kesy AI receptionist service
• Process and manage your calls, appointments and lead capture

4. Call Recordings & AI Processing

Kesy records calls handled by the AI receptionist for quality assurance and to provide you with call summaries. Call audio is processed using speech-to-text and AI language models. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you (the business owner) through the Kesy app.

We do not share individual call recordings with third parties. Anonymised, aggregated data may be used to improve our AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — cloud hosting, telephony, payment processing and analytics providers who help us operate Kesy
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation or legal process

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers located in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls and regular security audits.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
