Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

At Kesy, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you are not happy with your subscription, the following refund policy applies:

1.1 Within 7 Days of First Purchase

If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and have not extensively used the service, we will issue a full refund. This applies only to first-time subscribers.

1.2 After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

2. Campaign Credits

Campaign calling credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain in your account for as long as your subscription is active. Credits are forfeited if your subscription is cancelled or lapses for more than 30 days.

3. Service Disruptions

If Kesy experiences a significant service disruption (more than 24 continuous hours of downtime) that is solely attributable to our systems, we may offer pro-rated credits or subscription extensions at our discretion. This does not apply to disruptions caused by third-party services, scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Phone number associated with your account
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of purchase

Refund requests can be sent to support@kesy.ai or through the in-app support chat.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Actual credit timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your AI receptionist will continue working until the end of your current billing period
  • Your phone number will be reserved for 30 days, after which it may be reassigned
  • Your data (call logs, training data) will be retained for 30 days post-expiry before deletion

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
