By downloading, installing or using the Kesy application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Kesy provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers business calls, captures leads, books appointments and runs outbound calling campaigns. The Service is accessible through the Kesy mobile app and web dashboard.
To use Kesy, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Upon subscribing, you are allocated a dedicated virtual phone number. This number is leased to you for the duration of your active subscription and remains the property of Kesy and its telephony partners. The number may be reassigned if your subscription lapses for more than 30 days.
You agree not to use Kesy for:
Outbound campaigns must comply with Indian telecom regulations including TRAI guidelines. Campaign calls are only placed during the calling hours configured in the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your contact lists contain valid, consented contacts.
Kesy uses artificial intelligence to handle calls. While we strive for high accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You acknowledge that:
The Kesy app, website, AI models, branding and all related content are the intellectual property of Kesy. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.
You retain ownership of your business data, call recordings and custom AI training content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kesy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, missed calls due to technical issues, or inaccurate AI responses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of Kesy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
