Call alerts by email

Kesy can tell you about every call the moment it ends. Open Notifications from the menu.

Get an email after every call — who called, what they wanted, and the next step — plus account updates.

Turn it on, and check the address the alerts go to. Change it and tap Save to send them somewhere else — your front desk, for example.

Prefer your phone? You can get the same alerts on WhatsApp too.

Further down, switch individual alerts on or off — like missed calls, low minutes, or campaign updates.
