See and edit what Kesy knows
The Summary tab lists everything Kesy has learned. Read any entry, fix it with the pencil, delete what’s out of date, and see your call instructions.
What’s said in this video
Everything you teach Kesy — by chat, files or voice — ends up in one place: the Summary tab.
Knowledge is what Kesy uses on every call, incoming and outgoing — grouped by type, like company details, services, pricing and FAQs.
The bar at the top shows how much you’ve taught so far, out of your plan’s limit.
Click any entry to read it in full.
Something changed? Click the pencil to edit it.
Change the title or the details — in plain words, just like you’d say it to a caller.
Save, and the change is live from the very next call.
The bin deletes an entry Kesy should forget — like an offer that has ended. It asks you to confirm first.
Call Instructions are different. They’re rules for how Kesy handles incoming calls — how to greet, what to ask before booking, when to transfer, or to take a message.
To add one, just say it in the Train chat — Kesy recognises it as a call instruction and files it here by itself. Next: testing Kesy before you go live.
