Billing questions
How much does it cost?
Premium is C$300 per month and includes 1,000 call minutes. Extra minutes are C$0.30 each, or cheaper in prepaid packs. Outbound calling campaigns are an optional C$200/month add-on. Calls are billed to the exact second.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days with 100 minutes, and no credit card needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no contract. Cancel from your dashboard and Kesy keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What counts as a minute?
Time on calls handled by Kesy — inbound and outbound — billed to the exact second. Plan minutes are used first, then your prepaid minutes.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
Kesy uses any prepaid minutes in your wallet. If those run out too, you’ll be notified so you can top up — your number stays yours.
How do I pay?
By card through Razorpay, our payment provider, in CAD. An invoice is issued for every payment.
