API keys and webhooks for developers
Connect Kesy to your own software: create an API key, read the docs, and add a webhook so your system hears about every call as it happens.
What’s said in this video
Developers & API lets your own software work with Kesy — for example, to start calls from your CRM, or to log every call in your system.
The full documentation is at docs dot kesy dot A I, with an OpenAPI spec for your developers.
To create an API key, click New Key…
…give it a name, so you know where it’s used…
…and create it.
Copy the key now and store it safely — it’s shown only once. If a key is ever exposed, revoke it and make a new one.
Done.
Under Webhooks, add your server’s address, and Kesy sends it signed events as calls happen — like a call ending, with its summary. Use Send test to check it works, and see every delivery below.
