Kesy ki har call Calls mein save hoti hai. Inbound mein aapke number par aayi calls hain; Outbound mein campaign ki calls.

Har row mein dikhta hai ki kisne call kiya, call kitni der chali, uska status, aur ek line ki summary.

Status se ek nazar mein pata chalta hai ki kya hua — Booked, Follow up, Callback, Enquiry, Complaint, Spam, waghera.

The status tells you what happened at a glance — Booked, Follow up, Callback, Enquiry, Complaint, Spam, and more.

To find specific calls, open the filter.

Pick one or more statuses…

Your filters show as chips at the top. Remove one with its cross, or tap Clear all.
