These counters update live — contacts, calls made, answered, still pending, and not answered.

As calls happen, each one appears here with its outcome — like interested, callback, or not interested — plus a summary and recording. People who don’t answer show as retry pending until Kesy tries again; anyone who asks not to be called is blocked automatically.

Up here are the controls: cancel a schedule, or pause and resume a running campaign at any time.

Once calls are done, download everything to Excel — and create a follow-up campaign that calls only the people with a certain outcome, like everyone who asked for a callback.
