KesyFix knowledge gaps
Gaps lists the questions callers asked that Kesy couldn’t answer. Answer one, and Kesy uses your answer on every call from then on.

Open the Gaps tab. These are questions Kesy couldn’t answer — from real calls, from WhatsApp chats, and from your own tests.
Each gap shows how many callers asked it. If it’s marked Recurring, people keep asking — answer those first.
Click Answer this question.
Write the answer the way you’d want a caller to hear it — with prices, timings, or any condition that applies.
Then submit.
It’s marked Answered and saved straight into Kesy’s knowledge, so the next caller who asks gets the right answer. Questions you don’t want to answer, just delete with the bin.
Check Gaps every few days — it’s the quickest way to make Kesy better. That’s the end of this chapter.
