Customers already know your business number? Keep it. Just forward its calls to your Kesy number, and Kesy answers them. Open Call Forwarding from the menu.
Click Get Started.
Enter the number you want to forward — your shop or office number.
Kesy gives you the code: star seven two, then your Kesy number. Dial it on that phone and press call — you’ll hear a confirmation. To stop forwarding later, dial star seven three.
Done? Click I’ve dialed it.
Now click Verify Now. Kesy calls your business number — if forwarding is on, the call reaches Kesy and it’s confirmed in under a minute.
From then on, every call to your old number is answered by Kesy.
