Transfer calls to you or your team
Add your team with the days and hours they’re available, then tell Kesy when to hand a live call to a person — and what to do if nobody picks up.
What’s said in this video
Kesy can hand a live call over to a real person. First, add the people who can take calls — open Transfer Settings and click Add Member.
Enter their name…
…the phone number Kesy should ring…
…and their role.
Pick the days and hours they can take calls. Kesy only rings someone while they’re on shift — so different people can cover different days.
Save. Add as many people as you need.
Now open Auto Transfer.
Switch on Transfer calls to a human.
Then choose when: send every call to someone, or only in certain situations — like when the caller asks for a person, has a complaint, or wants a price quote. You can even describe your own rule in plain words.
Pick who gets the call — round robin, or the first person available — and what happens if nobody answers: Kesy carries on, promises a callback, or takes a message. Save, and you’re set.
