Part 5.1

What campaigns do, and how to start

Campaigns let Kesy call your customers for you. See the campaign types, what you need to start, and the one rule that matters: only call people who agreed to hear from you.

What’s said in this video

Campaigns let Kesy call your customers for you — appointment and payment reminders, offers, feedback calls, and following up on leads. Open Campaigns from the menu.

Click New Campaign to see the types.

Simple: upload a list, and Kesy calls each person once, retrying anyone who doesn’t answer.

Google Sheet: the same, but your leads come from a live sheet — new rows get called automatically. And under More campaign types, there’s an API for your own software.

Campaigns need Premium plus the Campaigns add-on — two hundred Canadian dollars a month. Campaign calls use your plan’s minutes, and there’s no extra paperwork: once the add-on is active, you can start right away.

One important rule: only call people who agreed to hear from you — your own customers, about their own appointments, bills or orders. Kesy asks you to confirm that for every campaign, and only calls within legal hours in each contact’s time zone. Now, let’s create one.
