Attach PDF chuniye aur apna document select kariye — jaise a health check-up package list. PDF normal text wali honi chahiye, scanned photo nahi, aur 10 MB tak.

Kesy poori file padhta hai, kaam ki details nikaalta hai — services, prices, policies — aur batata hai ki usne kya save kiya.

Spreadsheet bhi bilkul aise hi kaam karti hai.

Attach Excel chuniye aur .xlsx ya .csv file upload kariye — jaise lab test rates. Upar header row rakhiye, taaki Kesy ko pata chale ki kaunsa column kya hai.

Har row aisi jaankari ban jaati hai jiska jawab Kesy call par de sakta hai.

Website hai? Kuch upload karne ki zaroorat nahi. Bas chat mein link paste kariye, Kesy aapki website khud padh lega.

Ab ek voice note try karte hain.

Bolna aasaan lagta hai? Microphone dabaiye aur bas boliye — Hindi, English ya Hinglish, jaise aap kisi naye receptionist ko samjhate hain.

Bol lene ke baad Done dabaiye.

Kesy aapki baat likh kar dikhata hai. Ek baar check kariye, zaroorat ho to koi word theek kariye, ya dobara record kariye. Phir Send dabaiye.

Yeh bhi type kiye message ki tarah save ho gaya. Agle video mein dekhte hain ki Kesy kya-kya jaanta hai — Summary tab mein.

You don’t have to type everything. Kesy can learn from files you already have. In the Train chat, tap the paperclip.

Choose Attach PDF and pick a document — for example, a health check-up package list. It should be a normal text PDF, not a scanned photo, and up to 10 MB.

Kesy reads the whole file, pulls out the useful facts — services, prices, policies — and tells you what it saved.

Spreadsheets work the same way.

Choose Attach Excel to upload an .xlsx or .csv file — like lab test rates. Keep a header row, so Kesy knows what each column means.

Every row becomes something Kesy can answer on a call.

Have a website? You don’t need to upload anything. Just paste the link in the chat, and Kesy will read your site for you.
